Pricing FAQ

What counts as one optimization?

One optimization = one source file converted to an optimized GLB. Retries on the same file do not count — only successful completions draw down your plan's monthly quota.

What does one optimization actually do?

It runs the full pipeline on one file: any supported format in, one optimized GLB out — with faces (decimation + quantization), draw calls (mesh/material merging), and texture memory (KTX2) all optimized. The reduction is measured and returned with the result.

What happens if I hit my monthly quota?

Jobs beyond your plan's quota are rejected with an upgrade prompt — you're never charged per use or hit with surprise overages. Upgrade to a higher tier to keep going, or wait for the monthly reset.

Is the optimization the same on every plan?

Yes. Every plan uses the same deterministic engine and produces the same output for the same input. Plans differ only in monthly quota, file-size limits, available formats, throughput, and support — never in optimization quality.

Do unused optimizations roll over?

No. Each plan's quota resets at the start of every billing cycle.

How does the Free plan work?

The Free plan includes 25 optimizations a month with no credit card required. Upgrade to Pro or Studio anytime for more volume, larger files, and every format.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle.

What currencies do you accept?

Billing is in USD via Stripe. Stripe handles currency conversion for international cards.
